About the role
Well, you’ll need to be highly organised with a keen eye for detail. Your day-to-day tasks will consist of bookkeeping for clients as well as some admin duties too
As an overview, your tasks will involve –
- Data input
- Receipt and Invoice capture
- Bank reconciliation
- Debtors & Creditors analysis
- VAT reconciliation
- Prepration and filing of VAT Returns
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phones
- Maintaining organised online filing systems
- Note taking and write up
- Management accounts preparation assistance
For the right candidate, there will be opportunities to grow and develop mainly into management accounts related roles with finalising of management accounts, video analysis, cash flow forecasting, budget setting, KPI performance analysis and business plan creation.
